Anyone can generate an answer in 2 seconds. Almost no one can explain why it's the right one.

Decision Intelligence is an engineering discipline Gartner has recognized since 2024. It structures how decisions get made and how their results get measured over time. Verdika applies that discipline directly to your problem: it formalizes the objective, weighs the available evidence, and keeps a record of how well each recommendation actually turned out. In short: it helps you make smart business decisions with data, not just gut feel.

The question that's hardest to answer is "why this and not that?"

You made the call fast, with whatever evidence was on hand and the pressure of the moment. Sometimes it worked. Sometimes it didn't. When someone asks why, the real answer is usually that it felt right at the time. That answer doesn't hold up in an investor conversation, and it won't hold up for the next decision.

THE PLAN

Three steps. No prior course required.

01

Tell it your problem

In your own words, no formatting needed. If context is missing, Verdika asks the right questions before reasoning.
02

Add what you already know

Data, team opinions, budget or time constraints. Verdika checks how reliable each input is before using it.
03

Get the reason, not just the answer

A ranked list of options, each with its score, its explicit why, and its margin of error.
HOW IT REASONS

This is how it gets to an answer, without skipping steps.

Each capability does exactly one thing and shows how sure it is about it. There's no final step that just asks you to trust it.

Generates options
If you arrive with no defined alternatives, it builds them for you, ready to compare.
sometimes
Sorts priorities
Separates what you're trying to achieve from what you can't negotiate.
always
Checks your data
Weighs how reliable each input is and flags contradictions.
always
Explains the why
Gives every option an exact reason behind its score.
always
Measures certainty
Tells you how sure it is about each score, not just what the score is.
always
Compares paths
When two goals compete, shows what you gain and lose on each one.
sometimes
METHODOLOGY

Where the numbers come from.

Every input you provide is weighed for reliability and relevance; items below the minimum get discarded and contradictions get flagged, not hidden. Each option's margin of error comes from Monte Carlo simulation (1,000 samples). And declared confidence has a mathematical cap based on the real quality of your evidence, and the system can't fake certainty even if it wanted to:

40%
maximum confidence with no objective evidence
55%
cap with weak evidence
70%
cap with medium evidence
85%
absolute cap, even with solid evidence. Never 100%.

Every memo declares the cap that was applied, and every decision is logged against its real outcome. Calibration (declared confidence vs. what actually happened) is public: see the track record →

EVIDENCE BASE

409 companies already paid for these decisions.

Each decision type consumes its own verified source: the 409 documented cases (CB Insights) and Startup Genome for strategy and resources, DORA and Stripe for product, Carta for fundraising, B2B SaaS benchmarks for pricing, the Federal Reserve for cash crises, plus live closure rates by sector from the U.S. Census (BDS). Each enters the memo with name, year, sample and scope limit. And two fixed rules: your evidence is the foundation, and when no source covers your decision type or your region, the memo declares it instead of stretching one.

409
startup failures analyzed (CB Insights)
75.3%
died competing against a market giant
19.8%
failed due to lack of product-market fit
BDS
closure rates by sector (U.S. Census), queried live

FOR PEOPLE WHO DECIDE FOR OTHERS

Your recommendation stops being an opinion.

Consultants, advisors and fractional executives: every analysis exports as a decision memo with evidence, assumptions, risks and margin of error. Ready to hand to a client or present to a board.

01
Exportable memo
Every analysis becomes a document with the full reasoning: recommendation, ranking, evidence and auditable session. One click.
02
Explicit assumptions and risks
The first thing a demanding client asks. Verdika writes it down before they ask.
03
Verifiable track record
Log the real outcome of each decision. Over time, your hit rate stops being an anecdote and becomes a sales argument.
BEFORE YOU ASK

What people usually ask at this point.

What does "making smart business decisions" actually mean?

Replacing gut feel with weighted evidence, an explicit framework of options, and a record of how each decision actually turned out over time. Verdika applies exactly that discipline — Decision Intelligence — to your specific problem.

How do I justify a business decision to a client, board, or investor?

With a recommendation that shows the options you ruled out and why, the evidence you weighed and its source, explicit assumptions, and a declared margin of error. That's what a Verdika memo delivers in 15 minutes instead of 3 hours of manual work.

Is there an AI for making business decisions, not just for writing?

Yes. Unlike a writing assistant, Verdika runs 7 reasoning capabilities — option generation, evidence weighting, confidence scoring, trade-off comparison — and applies the Decision Intelligence discipline Gartner has recognized, instead of just drafting whatever you ask it to.

Isn't this just ChatGPT with extra steps?

A chat gives you an opinion that dies in the conversation. Verdika runs 7 independent capabilities with auditable confidence levels, produces a memo ready to hand to a client or board, and logs every decision against its real outcome: your hit rate becomes verifiable over time. A chat leaves no record, carries no brand, and builds no track record.

What if Verdika gets it wrong?

Verdika never hides uncertainty. Every recommendation ships with its explicit confidence margin, and that margin has a mathematical cap based on your evidence quality: with no objective evidence it can't exceed 40%, and it never reaches 100%. If the margin is low, you know before deciding.

Do I need to know AI or decision analysis to use this?

No. You describe your problem the way you'd explain it to a partner. Verdika does the work of formalizing it.

What happens to my information?

Your problem and evidence are processed to generate your recommendation. It isn't shared with other users of the platform.

How much does it cost to try?

Nothing. During early access every analysis is free, no card required. The Pro plan for consultants and advisors opens soon at a launch price.
